The first screen you will encounter when you launch your Web browser is the ConnectAway login screen and home page. Here you can choose from flexible payment options … the access fee will vary depending on the amount of time you need to use the Internet connection. Payment can be made either with an online credit card transaction or a charge to your guest room portfolio. Now you are ready to go use the Internet.

Our 'localized' home page is designed to feature the hotel and the local community. Typically, you will find information about property services, local and national weather, local events, local businesses and attractions. Of course you can also type in any URL in the browser's address window to connect to your corporate network or to any Web site on the Web.

ConnectAway maintains a 24 hour, 7 day per week, Operations Support Center. Our highly trained and skilled team of service agents can answer questions or help users if a when problems arises. When network problems occur, our Network Operations Center is able to diagnose the problem and respond quickly.
